If your firm is looking at our program, this page is for you, whether you're the in-house IT team or the outside firm that runs your IT. We don't sell software and we don't need admin access. What we do need is each leader's machine and Claude account ready before their session, and we're happy to take on as much of the legwork as you'd like.

A business Claude plan.

Each leader needs a seat on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan that the firm buys. Those plans contractually bar Anthropic from training on your data, and leaders build in Claude Desktop with Cowork.

Machines that pass the checklist.

Before Session Day we check that Claude Desktop is signed into your workspace, Cowork starts, your security software lets Claude read and write files, downloads and links work, and skills load. In our experience, when a session starts with setup problems, the leader usually walks out without a skill, so we'd rather catch them ahead of time.

Your permissions stay as they are.

Leaders only connect Claude to the files and email they can already see.
